Maintenance Planning, Inventory & Cost Control (MPICC)

MPICC turns maintenance from a series of reactions into a plan: preventive schedules and job cards, shutdown planning, spares cataloguing and reorder levels, and the maintenance cost and consumption analysis that shows where money is going. The department works in the ERP maintenance module and is the bridge between the engineering shop floor and finance.
